We're looking for a Café Supervisor who’s passionate about daytime dining, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example.

As a Café Supervisor, you’ll help oversee the daily operations of EVE, ensuring smooth service, a happy team, and standout guest experiences. You'll support the management team by leading front-of-house shifts, training the team, and keeping everything running on time and with heart. What Do You Need?

Experience supervising or leading teams in a hospitality or café environment.
A love for coffee, brunch, and creating welcoming, vibrant guest experiences.
Strong communication and people skills — you’re a natural motivator and team player.
Good understanding of daily café operations (rotas, stock, till systems, etc.).
A hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
