Job summary

Franco Manca in Edinburgh is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a buzzing pizzeria and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will take ownership of the daily operations, from the dough to the smiles, and guide the team to perform at their best during lunch and dinner peaks.

You’ll manage budgets, hit targets, and uphold health and safety standards while representing Franco Manca in the local community. A positive, energetic leadership style helps us grow together as a team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy restaurant team and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Budgeting and P&L awareness to drive restaurant performance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and model exceptional service.
• Own day-to-day running of the restaurant and ensure goals are met.
• Develop and motivate the team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Be the face of Franco Manca in the local community and build relationships with guests.
• Monitor budgets, targets and health & safety compliance.
