Job summary

Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Grantham, a 4* property, seeks a capable supervisor to lead the hospitality F&B team and deliver a high-standard guest experience. Working with your crew, you’ll train staff, upsell promotions and ensure service excellence across outlets.

You’ll bring supervisory experience in F&B, a good knowledge of wines and spirits, and strong team motivation to drive revenue in a professional, quality-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality F&B department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
• Drive revenue by upselling and explaining promotions to guests after ensuring training.

Job Overview:

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
