Alfa Holiday Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for The Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth. You will lead the restaurant team, supervise service, and ensure guests are served efficiently by well-trained staff.

Alfa Holiday Group has an opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at The Norfolk Royale Hotel, Bournemouth.

Restaurant Supervisor working hours:

As a Restaurant Supervisor you will work 35hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £14.96, regardless of age!

Being a Restaurant Supervisor:

The restaurant supervisor is responsible for managing the restaurant and occasionally the bar areas of the Hotel; the focus of the role is ensuring that hotel guests are served their meals effectively and efficiently, by trained and well-turned-out staff, following company guidelines. Your main task will be to supervise the restaurant team ensuring tables are presented to a high standard and customer expectations are met during service. You will look after the rotas to meet the department’s budgets and work collaboratively with the kitchen.
