Alfa Holiday Group is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join Hotel de Paris in Cromer. The role involves working across the Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen and Housekeeping with split shifts and a 20-hour weekly commitment, at an hourly rate of £13.45.

You will be an all-rounder, supporting department heads and delivering high standards of guest service in a busy hotel environment. Training and employee benefits are available within our employee-owned group.

Hospitality Assistant working hours:

As aHospitality Assistantyou will work20hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £13.45, regardless of age!

Being a Hospitality Assistant:

As a Hospitality Assistant your role will be varied, having the opportunity to be an all rounder working in numerous areas within the hotel operation; this will include working in the Bar, Restaurant, Kitchen & Housekeepingwithsplit shiftslikely to be required. You will work closely with the heads of departments to assist with their needs and learn how each function works successfully, whilst ensuring company standards are maintained to a high level.
