Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is seeking an outgoing Restaurant Shift / Floor Manager to join our expanding brand in a busy quick-service environment. You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while embracing Coffee culture.

You should have previous restaurant leadership experience, be flexible to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and be ready to drive great service, hygiene and teamwork across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of running restaurants.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant or coffee shop environments.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure top priority on customer service.
• Schedule staff to meet customer demand.
• Maintain operations, stock orders, and inventory.
• Support Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
