Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts in our Glasgow area store. You’ll manage a team on the floor, ensure fast, friendly service and uphold our standards.

This role offers a 30-hour contract with the potential for a performance-related bonus and growth opportunities within the Tim Hortons network. Join us to develop your leadership and drive store performance daily.

We pride ourselves on teamwork, training, and delivering great coffee.

Qualifications

• Experience: You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team.
• Energy: You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.
