Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts in our Glasgow area store. You’ll manage a team on the floor, ensure fast, friendly service and uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team.
• Energy: You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run shift operations.
• Drive sales and maintain high standards of coffee, service and food.
• Motivate and develop the team on the floor.
