Job summary

Tim Hortons UK in Watford is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a busy dining area and coffee bar. You’ll coach team members, ensure quick, friendly service, and uphold quality standards across days, evenings, and overnight shifts.

The role offers growth into Store Manager and other departments, a 30-hour contract, and a performance bonus scheme. You’ll be on the floor, owning the shift, driving sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Experience:

You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team of people.
