Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts at our Manchester-area location. You’ll manage a team on the floor, ensure fast, friendly service and uphold high standards for coffee and food quality.

In return, you’ll enjoy a 30-hour contract, £13.37 per hour, and performance bonus opportunities while growing toward Store Manager roles and other leadership pathways. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team.
• You don’t hide in the office. You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy shift on the floor to ensure fast, friendly service and smooth operations.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet Tim Hortons standards and deliver high-quality coffee and food.
