Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants is seeking a hands-on Supervisor/Shift Leader in Cardiff to step up into a management role during peak times and lead critical service areas such as the bar, food pass, and hosting. You’ll be responsible for keeping the restaurant running smoothly, safely, and at the highest standards during busy shifts.

We’re looking for someone with energy and a lead-by-example attitude who can motivate the Front of House team, resolve guest issues, and ensure a memorable, feel-good

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ready for leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes, with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality.
• Care about picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and the details that make a standout occasion.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
