Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to drive exceptional dining experiences and efficient service on shift. You will own day-to-day execution, lead the team from the front, and ensure guest interactions reflect warm hospitality.

You will manage service flow, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and support onboarding and development of team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant or food-led hospitality business.
• Strong service skills and guest interaction capabilities.
• Some experience leading or supervising a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to train teams at all levels within hospitality.
• Lead from the front with energy and positivity.
• Enjoy delivering great service and maintaining high standards.
• Reliable and productive with a drive to progress in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams during shifts and manage service flow.
• Ensure guest seating, table turns and section management run smoothly.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily checklists.
• Deliver warm, confident, and personalised service; resolve guest issues quickly.
