The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness and compliance. You’ll coach and develop the team, manage guest seating and table turns, and ensure accurate food delivery while upholding allergen

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant or food-led hospitality business.
• Strong service and guest interaction skills.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to train teams at all levels in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage service flow, guest seating, and section management.
• Deliver warm, engaging service and resolve guest issues quickly.
• Support training and development of team and onboarding of new starters.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety, and allergen processes.
• Provide clear shift briefings and maintain team motivation.
