Job summary

Tim Hortons UK in Wolverhampton is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a busy cafe on the WV11 site. You’ll drive service quality, manage performance on the floor, and ensure standards from coffee to food.

This role offers a 30-hour contract with a £13.37 per hour rate plus a performance bonus and clear growth opportunities toward Store Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience running a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR, or with a team management responsibility.
• Leads from the floor and guides the team to deliver prompt, friendly service.
