Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations at our BT23 8NN location. You’ll manage a busy shift, coach a team, ensure top-quality coffee and service, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be on the floor with your team, setting standards, maintaining great guest experiences, and growing with us through leadership opportunities. Sponsorship not provided; right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team of people.
• You don't hide in the office. You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
