Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy team on the floor, ensuring high standards of coffee, service and food. Salary £13.37 per hour with performance bonus opportunities and a 30 hour contract.

You’ll be on the shop floor, drive sales, train colleagues, and develop the team for future growth. Applicants must have experience running a shift in a busy restaurant or café and be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Experience:

You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you've managed a team of people.
