Job summary

Tim Hortons UK is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a busy restaurant environment. You will be on the floor, guiding your team from the front and ensuring top-quality coffee, service and food. This 30-hour contract offers growth and leadership opportunities as you help drive sales and build a cohesive team.

You will be expected to maintain high standards, lead by example, and contribute to a fast-paced, fun workplace. Sponsorship is not mentioned, and eligibility to work in the UK is assumed.

• Experience: You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team of people.
• Energy: You don't hide in the office. You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.
