Restaurant Manager - Moor Mill Radlett - Beefeater
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new team members.
2. Demonstrating leadership through a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team via pre-shift briefs.
3. Driving high performance through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, ensuring team members understand their goals.
4. Maintaining high standards with attention to detail, thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
5. Showing passion for the brand and ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
6. Managing labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, and using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
7. Championing and implementing change within the team.
