Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. It’s about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

1. Support the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new team members.
2. Demonstrate leadership through a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team via pre-shift briefs.
3. Drive high performance through regular one-on-one coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
4. Maintain high standards and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
5. Show passion for the brand and ensure your team is knowledgeable and confident.
6. Manage labour and cost margins effectively, and proactively use guest feedback to maximize sales and revenue.
7. Champion change and lead the team through innovation and new initiatives.
