Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a resort restaurant or QSR, ensuring a safe, efficient and high-quality guest experience. You will lead the team on the floor, implement plans from the Manager and help deliver brand standards.

You will be responsible for rostering, labour and budget control, guest service excellence, and maintaining food safety compliance in a fast-paced environment at Bognor Regis.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising a restaurant or high-volume F&B venue.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing rotas, labour and budgets.
• Strong understanding of food safety and compliance.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
