Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Bognor Regis is seeking a Food Court Assistant Manager to support day-to-day management of a high-volume resort food court, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service across multiple outlets.

You will lead teams, maintain standards, control costs and deliver a positive guest dining experience in line with brand expectations, while coordinating with kitchen and outlets for smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the food court and outlets.
• Lead shifts, manage rota planning and staff briefings.
• Deliver fast, friendly guest service and resolve issues on the floor.
• Monitor labour costs and stock control, with waste reduction.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation and food safety compliance.
