Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Bognor Regis is seeking an Hotel Dining Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations in the resort's hotel dining section, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service across multiple outlets. You will lead shift teams, manage rotas, uphold food safety standards and drive guest satisfaction while controlling labour costs and stock.

The role is onsite, permanent and requires flexibility to cover peak periods and events, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of the hotel dining and all outlets within it.
• Ensure service areas are fully prepared and staffed for trading periods.
• Monitor service flow and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
