Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian, from their existing kitchens.

We are looking for talented individuals to help grow and oversee our operations across the UK, working closely with kitchens and brands to change the landscape of the restaurant industry. You will travel to our network of third-party delivery kitchens to ensure franchisees operate smoothly, cook our food to high standards, and help our kitchen partners maximize their success through strategic support and management. The role requires traveling nationally (paid) approximately 80% of the time.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Onboard and train new franchisees: help them learn how to cook our brands
• Conduct regular on-site checks, improve cooking accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with teams and managers in partner kitchens to enhance operational and commercial performance
• Manage a cluster of 20 kitchen partners, overseeing their growth and weekly performance
• Support partners and resolve site issues as they arise
• Communicate with partners, share feedback with the broader team, and propose ideas to improve the partner experience

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in a restaurant/hospitality role as a GM of a single site or similar
• Enthusiastic about learning, asking insightful questions, and open to coaching
• Willing to travel and visit kitchens across the UK, engaging with customers and helping them cook our food
• Friendly, positive, and clear communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the UK
