Job summary

ALTA, part of the MAD Restaurants Group, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily floor operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-end setting in central London.

You will support the General Manager, supervise front-of-house teams, and mentor staff, while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service and cost control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and service flow from FOH to kitchen.
• Supervise the front-of-house team during service with high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist in scheduling, training and mentoring front-of-house staff to build a motivated team.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and communicate menu, wine list and events to the team.
• Step into the General Manager’s role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
