The role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Requirements |

• Prioritize creating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to develop emerging leaders.
• Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects high-quality service.
• Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
