The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance through coaching and development.

Requirements:

• Prioritize creating a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and delegation. Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to emerging leaders.
• Commit to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service and equipping your team accordingly.
• Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labour management, and strategic marketing. Use data analysis for decision-making and continuous improvement.
