General Manager | Full Time | Exciting New Opening in June

Wagamama, with over 165 restaurants, celebrates individuality and personality over perfection. We are seeking a General Manager to join us on our journey to nourish both body and soul.

The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Skilled in training, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders.
• Dedicated to providing excellent guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects our standards.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.
• Commitment to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development.
