William Strike Ltd in Burnside Garden Centre is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our on-site team across front and back of house and deliver outstanding service with personality.

You will oversee daily operations, plan staff rotas within budget, ensure hygiene and safety compliance, and drive sales by sharing knowledge of our menu and creating welcoming guest experiences. This role offers a competitive salary and weekend work with no evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large hospitality team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Ability to plan rotas and manage stock within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of front of house, counters and back of house operation each day.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver welcoming, efficient service.
• Drive sales by ensuring staff knowledge of our menus and creating displays.
• Ensure restaurant operates to high food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Plan staff rotas and holidays within cost control and service levels.
• Monitor and order stock; complete weekly stock counts.
