Job summary

Stafffinders is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for a permanent role in Stirlingshire. You will lead a Front of House team and shape the guest experience in a quality-focused restaurant.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, oversee onboarding and training, and uphold high service standards while ensuring smooth reservations, stock, and EPOS procedures. Evening and weekend flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, supporting a motivated Front of House team.
• Coach and develop Front of House staff, oversee onboarding and training, and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate reservations, table plans, guest flow and opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth service, with a focus on wine recommendations, stock control, and cash handling.
