Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in Mayfair is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for Major’s, the signature restaurant. You will lead day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring a warm welcome, confident service and a seamless collaboration between kitchen and floor.

You will set the tone from arrival to farewell, delivering an elegant, vibrant and distinctive dining experience that reflects the Major’s identity and leaves guests eager to return.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pre-openings, establishing operating procedures and training plans.
• Highly organised and composed under pressure with attention to detail.
• Understanding of hospitality operations, financial performance, stock management and admin tasks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varied hours for a Mayfair restaurant.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the opening and ongoing operation of Major’s with the General Manager, translating the restaurant’s vision into a distinctive identity and standards.
• Own the guest experience from arrival to farewell, setting the pace of service and ensuring reflections of Major’s character.
• Collaborate with the Culinary team to align menus, service styles and guest expectations.
• Build relationships across Cambridge House with F&B, Reservations and Front-of-House to create a connected experience.
• Lead onboarding, training and coaching to ensure the team feels confident and engaged with the vision.
• Foster a culture of shared responsibility, open communication and professional camaraderie among staff.
• Bring Major’s personality to life through guest engagement and handling feedback with care.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, food safety, licensing and health & safety.
