• Responsible for managing labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Performs monthly budget and P&L reviews.
• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Monitors crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs.
• Tracks waste levels and monitors shift procedures.
• Communicates problems in sales and profit to GM/DM.
• Assists in executing the restaurant sales and profits plan.
