You will lead a motivated team, drive sales, manage stock and ensure strict health and safety standards are upheld. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to adapt to seasonal changes and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management and hospitality leadership.
• Strong budget awareness and ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fast-paced restaurant operations including kitchen and front of house.
• Lead and coach a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Manage stock controls and reduce wastage while ensuring kitchen needs are met.
• Support in-store events and seasonal activities to drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with central teams to maintain smooth operations and feedback loops.
