Responsibilities

• Organising team schedules, handling staff issues and holidays.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.
• Managing department initiatives within scope, time, and budget.
• Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams on projects.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining high and consistent standards of customer service.
