British Garden Centres in Grantham invites a Kitchen Manager to join our catering team, leading food preparation, menu planning, stock control and ordering to deliver high quality meals to guests.

You will train and motivate the kitchen staff, ensure hygiene standards and policies are followed, manage rostering and day-to-day kitchen operations, and support the restaurant manager with a lively, well organised kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen in a catering environment.
• Skills in menu planning, stock control and food ordering.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
