The Royal Golf Hotel in Dornoch is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction with high standards of service, mentor a talented team, and uphold the rich hospitality tradition of the Scottish Highlands.

The Position

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and guest satisfaction.
