Role Overview:

As part of our full-time, permanent Food & Beverage Leadership Team, you will:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day front of house operations of the Park's main Restaurant, following standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
  2. Deliver our performance targets against budget, manage stock, margin, and cost control.
  3. Complete relevant administrative tasks including team rotas, safety, and legislative compliance checks.
  4. Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issues, and set goals for growth.
  5. Lead and coach the team to work productively and develop professionally.
  6. Engage and inspire the team to always be guest-obsessed.
  7. Effectively recruit and train new team members.

Salary: Competitive plus benefits, with the opportunity to earn up to a 10% annual bonus.

Experience and Qualifications:

You may already be a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Duty Manager, which is great. Or perhaps you're an experienced Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager seeking the next step! We are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading large teams in a Food & Beverage or similar environment.
  • Experience in managing operations, performance, resources, and cost control.
  • Ability to confidently deal with guest concerns and resolve problems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of both ‘Back of House’ and ‘Front of House’ restaurant operations.
