Caulders Garden Centre in Linlithgow is looking for full time Restaurant Manager to join the team.

What You'll Do:

·Working with Catering Director to oversee the success of the restaurant

·Supervising and managing team members

·Creating team rotas

·Managing team holidays and absences

·Supporting the Front of House team by meeting and greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer bills

·Working with HR, Recruitment, Training, and other support functions to provide an industry leading working environment for employees

·Occasional travel to the head office near Kilsyth

What You'll Need:

·Previous management experience within a restaurant

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·A flexible approach to work, including weekend availability to meet seasonal demands

·Your own transport, as there are limited public transport links to our Linlithgow centre.
