Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin

OTE up to £30,721 per annum (inclusive of tronc) - full-time hours, flexible working days.

You should have experience working in a busy restaurant environment, possibly as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. You will be capable of leading shift briefings, managing restaurant flow to ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintaining brand standards alongside your team.
