Role Overview

An Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees Food and Beverage operations within the Restaurant to ensure high standards of quality and service.

What will I be doing?

• Manage food and beverage service to meet high standards as defined by hotel and Hilton brand standards
• Control customer flow and facilitate interaction between front and back-of-house during service
• Maximize all sales opportunities by team members
• Maintain brand standards and high customer service levels
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Manage transactions accurately during service
• Oversee team schedules, stock, and wastage levels
