Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Sloane Square site. You will drive service excellence, quality standards and guest satisfaction while mentoring a diverse team of colleagues to perform at their best.

You’ll manage costs, uphold health and safety standards, and work closely with the leadership team to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience at a senior management level within a similar hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and ability to communicate effectively in line with company values.
• A solid financial acumen and cost-control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse team across all departments; recruit and train where needed.

The role of Restaurant Manager is to provide key operational contribution to the management team while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service are delivered to all guests.

Service excellence. Oversee the restaurant day-to-day operations:

• Ensure seamless service to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage guests’ complaints, queries and feedback towards a positive outcome.
