RAD Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for Afton Restaurant within Lochside House Hotel in Scotland. You will lead the front-of-house team, oversee daily operations, and work closely with kitchen and events teams to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including reservations and table flow.
• Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members.
• Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling and positive guest engagement.
• Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, ensuring concerns are resolved appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and company standards.
