Job description

Operations Manager - Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa (Full-Time)

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa is entering an exciting new chapter as the newest addition to the RAD Hotel Group. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands‑on Operations Manager to lead the day-to‑day operation of the hotel.

As the most senior leader on site, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with the wider company directors to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive commercial performance, and lead our teams with confidence and professionalism.

At RAD Hotel Group, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality, distinctive venues, and a commitment to excellence. Our award‑winning collection of hotels and venues across Scotland each have their own unique personality, but all share the same RAD values: quality, passion, and genuine care for our guests and people.
