Job summary

RAD Hotel Group’s Lochside House Hotel is seeking a Full-Time Bar Supervisor to lead the Opal Restaurant Bar team and deliver excellent drinks and guest service. You will supervise bar operations, prepare cocktails, and ensure a polished, high-standard experience during events and daily service.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest interaction, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for development within RAD’s award-winning portfolio of venues across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over due to licensing requirements.
• Previous bar experience in a similar quality environment is essential.
• Mixology experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairings is desirable.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to lead a team while maintaining high service standards.

• Supervising the drinks service within the Opal Restaurant Bar and at functions and events.
• Serving food and beverages to all guests while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Preparing cocktails, coffee, and other beverages to a high standard.

We're looking for a Full-Time Bar Supervisor to join the team at Lochside House Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to all guests. You will ensure a first-class experience in the Opal Restaurant Bar and at events.
