• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to the highest standards, leading by example
• Build and maintain an efficient team, driving towards business objectives
• Develop a learning culture, ensuring all team members feel valued and rewarded
• Manage employees in line with skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and queries

About you:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in this position
• Experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers and the front of house operation
• Passion for exceptional guest service and ability to perform well under pressure
• Excellent English language skills
