Job summary
McDonald’s United Kingdom in Thornliebank is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained, ensuring a consistently great customer experience. You will perform a range of tasks from painting and minor repairs to landscaping and coordinating with contractors, while working as part of a friendly team.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, and flexibility to work Early Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings is welcome.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Availability to work across Mondays to Sundays and weekends.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and equipment to high standards.
- Commitment to high standards and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inspect interior and exterior to meet cleanliness, safety and functionality standards.
- Carry out maintenance tasks including painting, landscaping and minor repairs.
- Maintain parking areas to welcome customers and crew.
- Organise, receive and rotate deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external contractors for timely repairs.
- Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
- Work as part of a supportive team to uphold standards.
