Job summary

McDonald’s in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and well-maintained to deliver a great customer experience.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, support external contractors and work across shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings. No experience is required as full training will be provided, and a positive attitude with teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required as full training will be given.
• Willingness to work shifts across Weekdays and Weekends (Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings).
• Confident and professional when interacting with colleagues and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Carry out maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, varnishing, and minor non-electrical repairs.
• Maintain and monitor parking facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Receive, rotate and organize food deliveries to support freshness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for timely repairs with minimal disruption.
• Keep equipment and facilities in prime working condition.
• Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
