Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Sous Chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

About You |

• You are passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve high standards.
• You have experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching staff.
• You are knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• You enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
