Job summary

KFC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Sunderland to lead from the front, owning the restaurant’s performance, culture and guest experience. You will build a high-performing team, deliver outstanding service, and drive long-term success with a focus on KPI outcomes and profitability.

You will manage operations end-to-end, ensuring compliance and a welcoming environment where every team member can grow and contribute to the brand’s iconic reputation.
