Job summary

KFC is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead from the front, take full ownership of your restaurant, drive performance, culture and results, and ensure brilliant guest experiences while building a high-performing team. You will recruit, coach and develop staff, set priorities, and manage labour and stock effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead from the front, taking full ownership of the restaurant and driving performance, culture and standards.
Build and lead a high performing leadership team, coaching and delegating to create ownership at all levels.
Attract and develop great people, recruiting diverse talent and creating clear development pathways.
Keep the restaurant running smoothly by setting priorities, maintaining standards, and planning labour and stock.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience with fast, friendly, and consistent service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Lead the team through change, collaborating with the Area Coach to identify opportunities and plan long-term success.
