Responsibilities

• Lead performance, culture, and standards with confidence and make sound decisions during busy periods.
• Build and lead a high performing leadership team with coaching and feedback.
• Attract and develop diverse talent and create clear development pathways.
• Set clear priorities, maintain operating standards, and plan labour and stock.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
• Lead the team through change and work with Area Coach to drive long term success.
